Terms and Conditions

1) Payment Terms
     Private Customers:
  • 50% deposit is due upon placing order with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
  • All payments must be made in US dollars.
  • Texas sales tax applies to all orders shipped with in the state of Texas unless customer provides a valid tax excemption certificate.
  • Hydro Composites accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check drawn on a U.S. bank account, COD, bank wire transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

     Government Agencies and Institutions:
  • Orders under $1,000.00 USD: Purchase order required with payment due net 30 days.
  • Orders greater than $1,000.00 USD: Purchase order required with a 50% deposit. Balance due upon delivery.

     Dealers or OEM Accounts:
  • Orders under $5,000.00 USD: Purchase order required with payment due prior to shipment.
  • Orders greater than $5,000.00 USD: Purchase order required with a 50% deposit. Balance due prior to shipment.
  • 30 day Net Terms are available to Qualified Accounts with approved credit after one year of business and an account in good standing. (Note: Net 30 days indicates the full invoice amount is due and to be received on or before the 30th day from the invoice date.) Invoices are dated the day the product ships.

2) Freight: All freight charges are FOB Factory. Freight prepaid services are available but shipping and crating expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Crating charges will vary depending on type and size. Delivery is available for a charge dependent on distance from factory. Please call for estimated cost.

3) Shipping Damage: Damaged shipments should be diligently inspected for punctures, tears, bends or any other form of damage. A notation of damage should be made on the delivery receipt (bill of lading) with the driver of the shipping company. Shipments exhibiting excessive damage should be REFUSED by the receiver and reported immediately to Hydro Composites. Shipping Damage Claims must be reported to our office within 3 business days from the date received.

4) Product Repairs: Customers should contact Hydro Composites, LLC directly for ALL product repairs. All returned items must be accompanied by an “RMA” (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) Number. Hydro Composites, LLC will not be held liable for items returned without an RMA number. Non-warranty repairs are subject to a repair labor rate of $75.00 / hour.

5) Returns: Hydro Composites does not accept returned items at this time. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

6) Warranty: Hydro Composites, LLC (HC) warrants the material and workmanship to be free of defects under designated use and normal service on its Products for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment.  All warranty claims must be presented in writing to HC. This warranty applies only to the original purchase price and is good only when the total payment for the product has been received.  The limited warranty (expressed or implied) during the warranty period shall consist of the repair or replacement of the items of manufacture, at the discretion of HC, and said warranty applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if the items are damaged by negligence, accident or acts of god after purchase, used for other than the intended purpose, altered, repaired at other than an authorized service center, or used with other items that affect the integrity, performance, or safety of these items. Liability does not cover indirect or consequential cost, including materials lost, labor or installation/reinstallation cost, injury, property damage, or damages caused by mishandling.  Returns for repairs must be pre-approved and the Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA) prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping container.  Returns will not be accepted without an (RMA) number. Returns for repair must be sent FREIGHT PREPAID to the following address:

Manufacturer’s liability for incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded to the full extent permitted by the applicable law.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.  THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
